Both Dee and Al are retired from the United States Air Force and Dee is a graduate from Southern Illinois University. Dee has also earned the Mississippi RE/MAX Broker of the Year twice in the last five years, the #1 RE/MAX Selling Team in Mississippi, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and numerous designations such as the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Dee is also one of a few who has been awarded the certification of Seller’s Residential Specialist (SRS). She manages and quality controls all the team’s sales to ensure a “seamless transactions.”

Anika is in charge of placing your signage in key areas and taking all of the photos of your home or property, including a 360º virtual tour. She also creates and delivers home brochures. Most important, Anika implements and oversees the team’s listing and marketing systems to ensure for sale homes receive maximum exposure to buyers. Anika has been directly responsible for accomplishing an Average Days of the Market of 63 days for the team’s listings.

Sandi is the hub of all the closing details for our buyers and sellers with accepted offers. Her responsibility is to make sure all the paperwork is in order, inspections are completed, and information is delivered to the proper individuals. She will be your "go to" person, working very closely with your Buyer and Listing Specialists. The closing coordinator is the liaison between all parties and to ensure your transaction goes smoothly and closes successfully. Sandi makes sure your home closes on the day you have requested.

Mickey has been with the Al & Dee Real Estate Team since the first day in 1999 when Al & Dee opened RE/MAX by the Gulf. She has the corporate knowledge and expertise as the Chief Financial & Operating Officer. She oversees the financial operations and assists in the day to day operations. Mickey also lends administrative support to the team’s management staff.
