 | Real Estate Apprentice (Earn While Your Learn - licensed not required)
This position is perfect for the person who is interested in becoming a licensed real estate agent, but needs time to attend real estate school and obtaining the requirements for sitting in for licensing. Accepted candidates into this program will be given a Career Path with time-lined objectives and task-oriented performance evaluations.
The Apprentice will be mentored and coached to all facets of the real estate profession while attending real estate school through the Real Estate Training Institute (RETI) in Biloxi.
This is a part-time or full-time minimum wage salary with tuition assistance programs towards expenses associated with obtaining a Mississippi Real Estate license.

Although buyer's leads are generated daily by the team and provided to our team members, you'll be taught easy to follow lead generation systems to add to your team-given leads. We do not encourage nor teach cold calling to strangers.

Marketing Coordinator The position of Marketing Coordinator consists of handling all marketing activities necessary for the exposure of a for sale home to the buying market and subsequent sale. This is accomplished by following written marketing systems such as submitting the home to real estate publications, submitting homes to web sites, scheduling showing appointments, providing weekly feedback to sellers, designing and printing home flyers, etc.
This can be a part-time or full-time position and perfect for a person that enjoys detailed and accurate work and wishes to learn about the real estate profession. Although many of our Marketing Coordinator have subsequently obtained their real estate license, we do not require a Mississippi real estate license to perform this job.

Lead Coordinator The position of Lead Coordinator consists of receiving and accepting internet real estate leads, establishing and maintaining email and telephone rapport with prospective buyers or sellers, assigning the leads to team members, maintaining tracking of all leads, and submitting weekly reporting to the Team Leader.
This is a home-based position perfect for a qualified person who must stay at home. Although many of our Lead Coordinator have subsequently obtained their real estate license, we do not require a Mississippi real estate license to perform this job.
